1. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • To return a product, please submit a Return/Refund Request or request a Call Back from our support team via the Almozo.com customer portal within the time period specified in the Category Table below.

  • Our team will arrange for pickup from your Delhi address and share tracking details.

  • The return window is calculated from the date of delivery confirmation (as per courier records and OTP confirmation).


2. Refund Process

  • Once the product is received and verified to be in compliance with our return conditions, we will process your refund.

  • Refund completion timelines are mentioned in the table below.
